Adelfa is survived by her husband, Rogelio Perez; children, Mario (Alicia) Perez, Laura (Tim) Novy, Leo (Tanya) Perez; grandchildren, Lisett (Sam) Perez, Jovan Perez, Christian and Hannah Novy, Nathaniel and Nicolas Perez; great-grandchildren, Julian and Anelise Baez; siblings, Alicia (Carlos) Lopez, Ofelia (Benjamin) Garcia, Elva (Roberto) Perez, Gloria (Arturo) Avila and Armando Segovia; sister-in-law, Marina (the late Humberto) Lopez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Esther (nee Rodriguez) Segovia; siblings, Humberto Segovia, Lidia (Juventino) Fernandez and Jaime Segovia.

A celebration of Adelfa’s life will begin on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 with a memorial visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 7:00 p.m. Per Adelfa’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
