Alejandro V. Soto
Age 49. At rest Thursday July 21, 2011 at his residence with his family by his side following a courageous battle with cancer. Alejandro was born in San Jose De Otates, Guanajuato Mex. Employed by Brunner N" Lay for over 30 years as a Supervisor, and also for Paratech as a CNC Machinist. He devoted much of his free time to coaching soccer for inner city youths. Alejandro was a family man and very devoted to his grandchildren.
Survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Martha (nee Molina) Soto, His loving children; Martha (Oscar) Gutierrez, Daisy Soto, Fernando Soto, and Alejandra Soto; 6 grandchildren, Ricardo, Erica, Oscar, and Cesar Gutierrez, Gabriel Soto-Maldonado and Isaac Soto. His father, Isidro Soto, a brother and a sister. Numerous nieces nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by his mother, Maria (nee Valdez) Soto, a brother Gabriel Soto and a sister Maria Elena Manriquez.
Funeral Services for Alejandro V. Soto will be held on Monday July 25, 2011 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Romeoville for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Ss. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery in Lemont. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. at Tezak's Home to Celebrate Life.
