Alyssa Ann Shields, Age 21, suddenly on Monday, March 17, 2014.
Alyssa is the loving daughter of Bryan and Terri (nee Fenoglio) Shields; cherished sister of Tyler, Kyle, and Cailyn Shields; dearest granddaughter of Wade and Shirley (nee Stanley) Shields and Robert and Lois (nee Bolte) Fenoglio; numerous dear aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends also survive.
Alyssa graduated from Plainfield Central High School. She was a current student of Joliet Junior College. Alyssa was a very talented artist, jewelry designer, and a member of the JUCO Bead Group. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Funeral Services for Alyssa will begin on Saturday, March 22, 2014 with a Visitation from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL 60435 then driving in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery
