Age 97. Born in Joliet and a lifelong area resident. He was employed by Caterpillar in Joliet for 18 years, retiring in 1973. Survived by a daughter, Elizabeth (Raymond) Dudek; a grandson, Michael (Virginia); and a great-granddaughter, Cecylia; a sister, Carol (late John) Stefka; three sisters-in-law; Jen Rogina, Dorothy Leslie, and Martha Spalding; and special friends, Ronald and Gloria Dudek, Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his wife, Ann (nee Bozich) Stukel; his parents, Matthew and Katherine Stukel; a grandson, Raymond Dudek Jr.; and numerous brothers and sisters.
