Bozidar Horvat, age 81, of Joliet, at rest on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Beloved husband of Stosica Horvat; loving father of Ljubomir (Carol) Horvat, Anita (Borislav) Budimir and Joseph (Beth) Horvat; dear grandfather of Stephanie and Alexander Horvat, Gabrielle and Angela Budimir and Jacob and Bryan Horvat.
Bozidar was a parishioner of St. Mary Nativity Parish in Joliet for over 40 years and was the former head chef of Colonial Steakhouse in Romeoville. Bozidar was a proud member of the Croatian community.

A Celebration of BozidarA�??s life will begin on Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 9:30 am with prayers at the funeral home chapel, then moving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to begin at 10:00 am. Visitation will be on Monday, April 29, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life.
