At rest Friday September 25, 2009 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with his family by his side. Survived by his wife Susan Kay (nee Miller) Coppins, daughter Crystal Miller, grand daughter Kaylee Miller, mother Martha Coppins (nee Smith), father Jerry (Jill) Coppins, brothers Kevin and Steve, sister Karen (Lou) Benedetto. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Born in Lancing MI. Employed as a Mechanic at Aqua Designs. Chris enjoyed hunting and riding his Harley.
Funeral Services will be held Monday September 28, 2009 at 8:00 PM with Pastor Bob Hahn of First Assembly of God Church officiating. Visitation Monday from 3 PM until time of service.
