Connie Shelton, 63 of Plainfield, IL. passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 in Joliet,IL

Connie is survived by her loving family, including her devoted husband, Kevin, her beloved son, Samuel, and cherished daughter, Renata Guynn. She was a doting grandmother to Ziggy, Ajay, and Andy, who held a special place in her heart.

She is also survived by her dear sisters, Vicki (Bob) King, Jody (Harry) Tram, and Marti (Bob) Bitzky, along with seven nieces and nephews and thirteen cousins who shared a deep bond with her. Connie's extended family included her mother-in-law, Beatrice Shelton, sister-in-law Shelley (Dean) Bennett, uncles Leon (Zee) Shelton, Paul Bearce, Robert Bearce, Aunt Janet (Frank) Cohalla, three nieces, and many cousins who will forever remember her with love and affection.

Connie was predeceased by her parents George and Devona (Dann) Kalas, and two infant children Charles Anthony and Hannah Sarah.

Connie will be dearly missed by all who knew her, as she leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories.

Her family and friends will come together to celebrate her life during graveside services on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at St. Joseph Cemetery, 1500 N. Raynor Ave, Joliet, IL.
