Age 53, passed away on August 13, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born April 8, 1955 in Detroit, MI. He lived in Illinois most of his life and in Lockport for the past 27 years.
Survived by his wife, Phyllis; son, Joseph (Amanda) Saad; two step-children, Michael (Julie) Larkin and Nicole Seitz; two brothers, Clifton and Mark Prowell; his father, Clifton Prowell; four grandchildren, Makenzie, Macie, Megan and Tristan; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; two nieces, Maranda and Arlene; and nephew, Clifton ""Buddy"".
Preceded in death by his mother, Mable Orlene Prowell; and sister, Mable Francis Prowell.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
A Chapel Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 1:00 PM. Visitation will also be on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
