Dolores A. Smith neeVidmar, 83, of Channahon, at rest Wednesday April 13, 2011. Survived by her son Fred P. (Karen ) Smith and grandsons Tom(Kristine Tice) and John Smith. Preceded in death by her husband Fred A. Smith, Jr., her parents and several siblings. Dolores was born in Joliet and resided in Channahon since 1976. Devoted housewife to a retired U.S. Postal Service employee. She was a member of St. Jude Church, Joliet. A celebration of Dolores" life will begin on Saturday, April 16 at 9:00 am with prayers at the funeral home chapel then in procession to St. Joseph Church for Mass of Christian burial at 9:30 am. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 pm at:
