Estefania Calderon-Pintor

Estefania Calderon-Pintor, age 59, born into eternal life on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 surrounded by her loving family.

Estefania is survived by her loving husband, Octavio Calderon; children, Gilberto (Sofia) Calderon, Maricela (Horacio) Amaya, Omar Calderon, Sandra (Gilberto) Mares, Jaime (Lizbeth) Calderon and Jesus Calderon; grandchildren, Olivia Diaz, Daniel and David Calderon, Erik Garcia, Anthony Garcia and Andres Amaya, Cristian Mares and D’Angelo Calderon; numerous sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents, Luis Lorenzo Pintor and Francisca Ortiz; granddaughter, Emily Amaya; brother, Elpidio Pintor; and sister, Rosita Pintor.

Estefania was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was the best mom and woman a person could be and enjoyed socializing with everyone. She will be dearly missed.

A celebration of Estefania will begin on Saturday, October 26, 2019 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 10:15 a.m. then driving in procession to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Joliet. Visitation will be on Friday, October 25, 2019 at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
