Survived by his wife Barbara (Racki); 2 sons, Dean (Theresa) Kochalka and Darryl (Tina) Kochalka; 2 granddaughters, Jamie (Tate) Langdon and Stevi (Brad) Fritts; 4 great-grandchildren; one brother, John (Sue) Kochalka; one brother-in-law, Gene Sanford; one aunt, Ann Honiotes; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.,
Preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Elsie Kochalka; one sister, Sharon Sanford; one niece, Kelli Kaczynski; numerous aunts and uncles.
Born in Joliet, IL and was a Vietnam veteran. Retired from Commonwealth Edison.
Funeral services for Frank Kochalka will be held Monday, January 5, 2015 in the Tezak Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood IL.
