At rest on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at V.A. Home in Quincy, IL.
Survived by his children, Linda (Bill) Linko, Joann (David) Lee, Arlene Delrose and Robert Delrose; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Anna (nee Brandolino) Delrose; granddaughter, Lisa Linko; three great-grandchildren (in infancy); two sisters; and one brother.
Veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. Earning a purple heart and a bronze star.
In lieu of flowers donations in Fred's name to the Guardian Angels Home 1550 Plainfield Rd. Joliet, IL 60435 or to the Quincy Benefits Fund Illinois Veteran Home 1707 N. 12th St. Quincy, IL 62301 would be appreciated.
Private Services will be held. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery.
