Loving husband of Susan (Nee Urban), dearest father of Dawn (Denis) Matlak, Rebecca (Ed) Blackmore, grandfather of Zac, brother of Roseanne (Frank) Hanko, Jerry (Mary) Goodman. Born in Chicago. Preceded in death by Parents Fred and Emily Goodman, son Eric, grandson Devin. In lieu of flowers, donations to Advocate Hospice would be appreciated.
Where a Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 23 at 5:30 PM. Visitation Saturday 11:00 AM to time of service.
