Age 78, at rest Wednesday February 13, 2008 at Silver Cross Hospital.
Survived by his beloved wife of forty nine years, Anna (nee Kendzora) Casper; loving father of Daniel and Steven Casper; cherished pets, Heidi, Hunter, Hannah and Hayden; also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Anna (nee Milley) Casper.
George was born in Joliet and a life long resident. Retired in 1989 from General Motors Corp. after thirty seven years of service. Veteran U.S Army Korean Conflict.
George Casper will lie in state at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church of America on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until time of services at 10:00 AM, Rev. John Kuchta officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. There will be no funeral home visitation.
