Jaime Diaz, age 43, at rest on Monday, December 23, 2013.
Jaime is survived by his beloved son, Andrew Diaz; one brother, Alfredo (Laura) Diaz; and one sister Artemiza. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Eva (nee Guzman) Diaz.
Jaime was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Joliet.
Donations in Jaime's name to Morning Star Mission, 350 E Washington St, Joliet, IL 60433 would be appreciated.
A celebration of Jaime's life will begin on Sunday, December 29, 2013 with a visitation from 2-6 p.m. There will be a service at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet. at 5:00 p.m. during the visitation. Per Jaime's wishes cremation rites will be accorded. Inurnment will be at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet at a later date.
