Jason M. Crawford, age 31, of Joliet passed away January 18, 2013. Survived by his daughter, Jamie Crawford; mother, Karen A. (Peter) Theobald and father, Randall J. (Debra) Crawford; sisters, Heidi (Fred) Guerra and Alyssa Theobald; step-brother, Joseph Carr; fiancA�AC.e, Tara Pacheco; grandparents, Ann and the late William Fang and Mary (Nick) Guzzi and Jerry (Terrie) Crawford; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
All relatives and friends are welcome to attend mass on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 4:00 pm at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home Chapel, 1201 Wyoming Avenue, Joliet, IL 60435. Interment private.
