Age 55, passed away on June 8,2008 at Danville Veteran"s Center in Danville, Illinois.
John was born in Peoria, Illinois in 1952. He graduated from the Dixon High School in Dixon, Illinois and served in the United States Army. John was preceded in death by his father Orville Lewis and his mother Caroline(nee Bazaar) Lewis . He is survived by two aunts, Agnes Marie (Richard )Maske and Dorothy ( Jack ) Polyak. Also by two uncles John Bazaar and Albert ( Barbara ) Bazaar.
The family of John L. Lewis invites relatives and friends to join them Thursday morning for a visitation at the funeral home chapel from 9: am to 11:am . Chapel services will be held at 11:am Fr. John Doyle officiating. Interment Hills of Rest Cemetery
