December 4, 1931 — September 27, 2016
John J. Nichols, age 84, entered eternal life on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 with his loving family by his side.
John is survived by his loving children, Roann Nichols, Roxann (Paul) Fox, and Thomas J. Nichols; cherished grandchildren, Michael J. and Katharine A. Prebil, Nicholas P. and Paige Fox; as well as numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his wife Joan (Skole) Nichols and his parents, John M. and Edna (nee Stoiber) Nichols.

Interment of cremated remains will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
