Jose Carbajal
Age 58 of Shorewood, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020 at Amita Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road in Joliet.
A celebration of Jose's life will continue on Monday, July 27, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks and social distancing practices are required inside the funeral home and a capacity of 50 guests will be allowed in at a time. It is recommended to call to check on any potential wait times.
