Jose Munoz, Jr., age 46, late of Joliet, died on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. He is survived by his wife, Shawn (nee Briones) Munoz, his children Joey, Carlos, Michael and Stephanie Munoz, step-children Justin and Jason Davila, his parents Maria and Jose Munoz, Sr, his brothers and sisters, Ricky (Tammy) Munoz, Robert Munoz, Nancy (Osvaldo ""Red"") Hernandez, and Laurie Munoz. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces nephews and cousins.
Jose was preceded in death by a niece, Alyssa Hernandez.
A Celebration of Jose"s Life will held on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 7:00 PM with a memorial service. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until time of service at:
