Survived by his beloved wife of eight years, Julie A. (nee McCarthy) Foote; step-children, Carol, Paul and Brian Breger; three sisters, Pamela (Keith) Bielema, Valerie Foote and Tramesa Roberts. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded by his parents, Vernon L. and Patsy S. (nee Neice) Foote; one brother, Vernon Foote, Jr. Joseph was born in Sacramento, CA and resided in Romeoville for the past eight years. He was cherished and loved by all that knew him and will be greatly missed.
