Joseph James Lask Jr.

Joseph “Joe” James Lask Jr. age 68, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023.

Survived by his loving family, Bob (Yvonne) Ahlquist, Dave (Diane) Ahlquist, Betty (Randy) Barham, Patsy (Pete) Marren and Mike Lask; nieces and nephews, Yvette (Rick) Young, Bubba Ahlquist, David (Sonia) Ahlquist, Jim Ahlquist, Brian (Kalena) Ahlquist, Cristy Barham, Stacy Barham- Heard, Tricia Marren, John (Ashley) Marren, Ted (Jenny) Marren, Katie (Ryan) Hayducak, Michael Lask, Carl Lask and Kevin Lask; as well as numerous, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Joe Lask Sr. and Pat Lask.

Born August 23, 1954 in Chicago, IL. He was raised in Hickory Hills, graduating from Stagg High School in 1973 and resided in Joliet.

Joe was the owner of a horse farm as well as a painter. He was an avid outdoorsman. Joe’s passions were fishing with his buddies, hunting and trips to the ocean. He was a very hard worker, with a raw sense of humor and always had the best comebacks. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
