Julia T. Ospalik (nee Chopp) Age 85. At rest Sunday, January 29, 2006 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. Julia was born in Joliet and was a lifelong area resident. Survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Stephen; her daughters, Linda (Thomas) Alfredson and JoAnn Ospalik; a sister, Stephanie (late Robert) Kovacik; three granddaughters, Amy (Matthew) Jewell, Kara and Christine Alfredson; and two great-grandsons, Jackson and Trenton Jewell; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Apolina (nee Zbasnik) Chopp; her brothers, Louis (Mary) Chopp, Anton (Freda) Chopp and Joseph (Ann) Chopp; and two brothers in infancy; two sisters, Anne (Phillip) Egizio and Mary (Frank) Skiera.
