Linda K. Sternisha (nee Powell), age 68, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
Linda is survived by her loving children, Kelly, Erik (Maneesha), and Alan Sternisha; cherished grandchildren, Caitlin Barnhardt and Avani Sternisha; loving mother, Avis Powell (nee Gladstone); dear sister, Laura (Joseph) Huntington.
Preceded in death by her husband, John ; father, Robert Powell.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will begin on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Celebration of Life at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL 60435.
