Louise V. Garcia
June 15, 1929 — May 10, 2012
Louise V. Garcia, age 82, passed away peacefully at her residence with her loved ones by her side. Louise was a lifelong resident of Joliet and a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, she greatly enjoyed playing bingo and loved to be outside.
Preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Nazaria Lopez; beloved husband Pete; her sister Mary Barajas; brother Ralph, Julius and Peter Lopez; and a very special Robert Barajas.
Survived by her children Daniel Garcia, Richard Garcia and Rebecca Garcia; brother Roy Lopez, Anthony Lopez and John Lopez; grandmother of two; great-grandmother of two.
A Celebration LouiseA�??s life will begin with visitation on Sunday, May 13, 2012 from 4:00PM to 9:00 PM at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life, 1211 Plainfield Road. Funeral prayers will be Monday, May 14, 2012 at 9:15AM at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernard Catholic Church at 10:00AM. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
