Mary Ellen Czibor (nee Peters), age 70, entered eternal life on Sunday, July 13, 2014.
Mary Ellen is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Louie; loving children, Vince (Lisa), Anna Chose, and Penny (Frank) Sieracki; cherished grandchildren, Ryne and Sabrina Czibor, Kiley and Kenzie Sieracki; dear sisters, Barbara (Joe) Bielawski and Beverly Jandura; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents, James and Ellen (nee Price) Peters; and dear friend, Linda Olson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Ellen's name to The Joliet Area Community Hospice.
The family also extends a heartfelt thank you to the staff of The Joliet Area Community Hospice.
A Celebration of Mary Ellen's life will begin on Thursday, July 17, 2014 with a visitation from 11:30 a.m. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 12:00 p.m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Crest Hill. A luncheon will be held at Croatian Cultural Club, 1503 Clement St, Joliet, 60435, at 1:00 p.m. immediately following mass. Inurnment will be held privately at St. Mary Nativity Catholic Cemetery. Per Mary Ellen's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
