Age 82. At rest Saturday September 2, 2006 at Salem Village Survived by Stepson, James O'Connell; granddaughters, Lynn Spadi, Kathryn Malone and Julie Yerigan; two brothers, Joseph (Late Lorraine) and Edward Strmec; sister, Dorothy (Stephen) Vombrack. Also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph J. O'Connell;
parents, Anton and Barbara (nee Muc) Strmec; brother, Anton Jr. Strmec. Mary was born in Joliet and a life long resident.
