Age 97, entered into eternal life on Saturday, September 21, 2013 with her loving family by her side.
Mildred is survived by her children, Walter (Ellen), Thomas (Joyce), and Jim (Mary Ellen) Gajcak; grandchildren, Elizabeth (Thomas) Glanville, Stephen (Mary) Gajcak, Julia Gajcak, Greg (Julie) Gajcak, Eileen (Ty) Hansen, Amy (Arijit) Roy, Jason, Alexandria, Jacob, McKenna, and Rhett Gajcak; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceded in death by her husband, John W. Gajcak; son, Jerry Gajcak at infancy; and grandson, John T. Gajcak.
Private services were held. Mildred is entombed at Resurrection Mausoleum in Romeoville.
