Richard "Brad" William Bradford

Richard “Brad” William Bradford passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at the age of 76.

Richard was a U.S. Navy Veteran, he received his Bachelors degree in art and was a meat cutter for Jewel for 42 years.

Richard is survived by his wife of 53 years, Diana Bradford; daughter, Kim Holloway; son-in-law Roger Holloway; granddaughters; Alyssa (Rob) Lukso, Kasey Wheatley, Samantha Wheatley, Anna Wheatley and Ashley Holloway; grandson, Rylee Sage; brother, Don Bradford; and great-grandchildren, Madalyn and Carter Lukso.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Emory and Madeline Bradford; daughter, Pamela Bradford; and his uncle and aunt, Robert and Ruth Wieks.

A celebration of Richard's life will commence with a memorial visitation on Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Road - Joliet, IL) from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Inurnment with full military honors will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Guests wishing to attend are asked to meet at the welcome center no later than 2:15 p.m.
