Richard P. "Rick" Frederick, age 64, entered into eternal life on Friday, January 30, 2015.
Rick is survived by his mother, Dolores Fitzgerald (nee Dernulc); three sisters, Paula (Ken) Saige, Cindy, and April; brother, Gordon (Tanya) Frederick; niece and nephews, Kristopher, Katrina, and Rocky Saige.
Preceded in death by his father, Richard P. Frederick Sr.
Funeral services for Rick will begin on Monday, February 2, 2015 with a visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd. Joliet, IL 60435. A chapel service will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
