Robert J. Matesevac, age 70, of Marion, IL, formerly of Joliet, passed away August 16, 2012. Survived by his loving wife Loretta nee Novak; his children Robert J. Jr. (Angela) and Joseph E. (LeAnn); grandchildren Jordan and Noah; siblings Mary Jo (Thomas) Kirk, James (Nancy), and Terrilynn (Timothy) Higgins; sister-in-law Tammy; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents Edna nee Worden and Edward Matesevac; siblings Edward P. Jr. (Maria) and Raymond D., Thomas, and Patrick and Ronald in infancy.
A Celebration of Bob's life will begin on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. with prayers at the funeral home chapel then moving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow. Visitation will be on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Tezak's Home to Celebrate Life.
