Rosendo Guzman Diaz, age 90, passed away on Saturday, November 17, 2018 with his loving family by his side.
Rosendo is survived by his beloved wife, Angelia Diaz; children, Baltazar Diaz Guzman, Estela Diaz Guzman, Adrian Diaz Guzman, Marta Diaz Guzman, Miguel Diaz Guzman, Margarita Diaz Guzman, Sacramento Diaz Guzman, Rosa Diaz Guzman and Efrain Diaz Guzman; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; as well as, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Preciliano and Sofia Guzman Diaz.
A celebration of Rosendo’s life will begin on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:00 a.m. then driving in procession to St. John the Baptist Catholic church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home 1211 Plainfield Road Joliet.
