Rosendo G. Rosas Sr. Age 89. At rest Friday, November 11, 2005 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center with his family by his side. Preceded by his wife, Herculana (nee Hernandez) Rosas; a son, Rosendo G. Rosas Jr.; a daughter, Maricela Rosas; two grandsons, Froyland and Alfredo Rosas; and his parents. Survived by his children, Belem, Jose, Paz, Manuel, Amalia, Herminia, Juana, Maria DeLos Angelesm, Jorge, Socorro, Aaracelia, Miguel, Cecilia and Gloria; numerous grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and cousins also survive. Rosendo was born in Mexico and a longtime resident of Joliet. Retired as a Local #75 Union Laborer after 30 years of service. An active member of L.U.L.A.C., Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Vincent DePaul Society and the Josephine Sisters.
