Samuel E. White Jr., passed away in infancy, surrounded by his loving mother and father.
Samuel is survived by his loving parents, Samuel Sr. and Kristin Jay; big sister, Hailey White; grandparents, Ralph Jay, Cindy Fleener and Bob (Michele) White; great-grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services for Samuel Jr. will begin on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet with a visitation from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet.
