December 26, 1921 — August 31, 2012
Virginia M. Utt, age 90, beloved mother of Rosita Jarquin, died peacefully at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home on August 31, 2012. She is survived by her daughter; grandchildren Melody Ponce, Lawrence (Barbara) Ponce and Javier Jarquin; great grandchildren Leanore Ponce, Lauren Ponce, Nicholas Rouse, Jessica Lynn Ponce and Crystal Rose Ponce; great-great grandchildren Vanessa Ponce, Daniel and Nathan Moreno, Madison Rouse, Sofia Mae Solis and Nora Lee Ponce.
Preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Utt; parents, Anna and Arthur Keele; sister, Wilma Grandfield and brother, Charles Keele.
Virginia enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers and cooking for family and neighbors; her family was very important to her and she will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered.
Funeral services for Virginia were held privately.
