Age 67, at rest Monday, September 15, 2008 at Loyola Medical Center after a long illness.
Loving father of Rhonda Bly, Renee (Bly) Caccippio and Peggy (Bly) Palfy; dearest grandfather of Jacqueline, Katie and Kylie; dear friends Deena, Steve, Jeff, Jack and Al Foschi; and numerous grandchildren; one sister, Peggy (Bly) (Jeff) Kenyon; two brothers, Tom (Marilyn) and Jerry (Jan) Bly; also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Marge (nee Fleischauer) Bly.
William was born in Joliet and a life long resident, he retired from Union Local # 1 Boiler Makers, was a graduate from Joliet Twp High School and was a U.S Army Veteran.
The family invites relatives and friends to join them at the funeral home for a visitation on Friday from 3 to 8:pm.
