William A. Mirenic
May 30, 1923 — September 1, 2016
William A. Mirenic, Sr., age 93, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 1, 2016.
William is survived by his three sons, Dave (Linda), Mike, and William Jr. (Mary); granddaughter, LeAnn Osborne; two great grandsons; one great great grandson; sister, Helen Mirenic; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his wife, Dora Mae Mirenic (nee Ferguson); grandson, David L., Jr.; parents, Mike and Anna Mirenic; brothers, John and Frank Mirenic; sister, Dolores Mirenic.
William worked for Rendel’s Body Shop for several years. He was an owner and operator truck driver and enjoyed driving for many years.
In lieu of flowers, donations in William’s name to JDRF Type 1 Diabetes Research would be greatly appreciated.
Private services were held. Interment of cremated remains at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
