William J. Sterna
Age 80, at rest Monday February 25, 2008 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Father of William Thomas (Terri) Sterna, Catherine) Hobbs Schutter (Robert), David (Marianne) Sterna, Peter (Yessica) Sterna, Sandra (Robert) Brdar, 24 grandchildren 25 Great grandchildren. Numerous nieces , nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents John and Mary Sterna, brothers and sisters. Born in Chicago, Veteran of the U.S. Navy WWII. Retired from the carpenters union.
From where services will Thursday February 28, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Earl Thorton of First Assembly of God Officiating.Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation and Video Tribute Wednesday 3 to 8 PM
