William G. Zukoske
July 8, 1927 — May 15, 2013
William G. Zukoske, age 85, of Joliet, at rest on May 15, 2013. Survived by his children, Jerry (Lori) Zukoske and Julie (Bill) Fravel; grandchildren, Samantha Zukoske, Kaitlyn and Kiley Fravel; sister-in-law, Teresa Zuchowski; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his loving wife, Mae Rose Zukoske (nee Kramerich); his parents, Frank and Mary (nee Hrapsinski) Zukoske; brothers, Frank Zuchowski and Arthur Zukoske.
William was a veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from U.S. Steel, and was a longtime member of Holy Cross Church, VFW Cantigny Post 367 and St. Joseph KSKJ.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to Joliet Area Community Hospice.
A Celebration of WilliamA�??s life will begin on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 9:30 am with prayers at the funeral home chapel then moving in procession to Holy Cross Church, Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery in Joliet. Visitation will be on Monday, May 20, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL 60435.
