Anthony "Tony" D. Faust

Anthony D. Faust, age 39, passed away suddenly on November 8, 2018.

Anthony is survived by his beloved children, Caden and Addison Faust; parents, Kenneth and Barbara (nee Mahoney) Faust; girlfriend, Vanessa Mendoza; siblings, Joy Osborne, Joseph Osborne, Terry Contos, Jacquie (Bob) Carlson, Tim (Kendra) Young and Tina (Rob) Beal, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth B. Faust; maternal grandparents, Edward and Wilhelmina Mahoney; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Marion Faust.

Anthony was a lifelong resident of Crest Hill, IL. He graduated from Lockport Township High School in 1997 and attended Northern Illinois University for two years. Anthony dedicated many years to Mohawk Industries and was currently employed by Stericycle. He was an avid Chicago Cubs, Bulls and Bears fan. Anthony had the privilege of attending every Major League Baseball field in the United States and Canada. He greatly enjoyed his “ultimate baseball road trips,” bowling, and was a dedicated father. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Anthony’s life will begin on Monday, November 12, 2018 with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home 1211 Plainfield Road Joliet, IL. Funeral Services will begin on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Joliet, IL. The family requests that you please wear Chicago Cubs attire.
