Age 61 of Lockport, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at home with her family by her side.

Born July 1, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa, Debra was a daughter of Frances (Quinn) and the late Leroy K. DeVine.

Debbie is the loving mother to Dominica Mangognia, Christina Mangognia Kentner, Gabriella Polli and Leroy K. DeVine, III. Proud “Glam-ma” of Taylor Jacksa, Brandon Kentner, Elijah Kentner and Lilyana Madonis. Dear sister to Victoria Butcher, Mary DeVine and Leroy K. DeVine, Jr. Debbie is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

She is preceded in death by her father: Leroy K. DeVine, Sr., her grandmother: Ruth Quinn and special love: Michael Mangognia.

Per Debbie’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road in Joliet.
