Makayla Ashley and Addison Riley Henning, age 5, entered into eternal life on August 28, 2017.
Makayla and Addison are survived by their loving father, Steven Henning; grandparents, Darlene (Charles) Quinn, Dennis and Norma Henning; great-grandparents, Ken and Joan Cromer and Karl Henning; uncle, Bruce Lundborg; aunts, Julie Vercellotti and Karen Gaskins; countless relatives, cousins and friends.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to aunt Carolyn Wortman for her care and support.
The girls loved bike riding, playing on the swing set, playing dress up, cartoons, dolls and their new friends. Most of all they loved laughing and sharing their love.
A celebration of Makayla and Addison’s life will begin on Wednesday September 6, 2017 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:15 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Joliet. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Road - Joliet, IL) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
