Patricia J. (Bolte) Vranich

Patricia J. Vranich “Pat” (nee Bolte), age 82, passed away peacefully at Lightways Hospice on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

Patricia is survived by her loving children, Donald and Laura Vranich; nieces and nephews, Ronald Jr. (Ellen), Brian (Punky), Susan (Tim), and Julie (Jeannie); special niece, Patti; sister-in-law, Judith (the late Ronald) Bolte; and her furry companion, Angel.

Preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Vranich (2016); parents, William and Dorothy (nee Wetherholt) Bolte; brothers, William Bolte Jr. and Ronald Bolte; and nephews, Raymond and Jeff Bolte.

Pat was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet and the Slovenian Home. She loved decorating for the holidays, reading and family vacations in Brown County Indiana. She was a loving mother who will be truly missed.

A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 with a visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass to be held at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Joliet. Per Pat’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
